Castleford residents - vehicle crime on the increase. |

Good morning
A number of vehicles have been targeted in the Castleford area over the last few days.
A Toyota Hilux has been stolen, without the keys, from the Premier Inn, Colorado Way, Castleford overnight on Sunday 30 November.
A Peugeot 208 has been stolen, with keys, from Sheepwalk Lane, Castleford in the early hours of Monday 01 December.
Valuables including power tools, clothing, perfume, sunglasses, documents and a mobile phone have been stolen from vehicles on Ledger Way, William Street, Lower Oxford Street, Rhodes Street, Thirlmere Drive and St Andrews Road.
Crimes occurred in the early hours of the morning between Saturday 29 November and Tuesday 02 December.
Vehicles with unfolded electric wing mirrors could indicate that it has been left unlocked. Car thieves are known to look out for vehicles with wing mirrors sticking out.
